Here at Superior Networks we have a small but dedicated and skilled team who are tasked with the smooth running of the entire network, but also to make sure that you, our customers are happy with the service you are receiving. Our team works around the clock to ensure the quickest possible response to your tickets, and ensure that anything you need is put in place.

As a company we also want to grow, and we want that growth to allow you and your business / project to grow with us. We proactively monitor our servers with as close to real time monitors as we can have enabled, along with a range of alert systems across multiple monitors to ensure that if there is any trouble, we know about it before you do!

As a team we do all of these things because we want to enable you, and everyone else in the world to have the best chance at getting your project up and running, your business successful or to make anything else you need our services for the best success that it can be. As a small business we understand the difficulties that you face when you need to grow, and its why we want to enable you to grow with us. In addition to allowing you to grow, we want to make it simple for you to get yourself setup, too many companies now have hidden fees within hidden fees within small print of the TOS. We aim to simplify our terms of service as much as possible, and if you need clarification on anything, we will aim to make it as clear as possible. We also aim to be flexible, sometimes there are things that go wrong and we understand, so we want to make it easier for you to get the support you need, even if that means we waive some of the normal procedures that would be taken to get you back on the road to success!

Some Frequently Asked Questions


What resources do I need for my VPS?

The short answer to that question is we simply do not know. The resources that you will require will vary depending on what applications you plan to run, your expected traffic and the nature of the application(s) you are running. The best thing you can do is take some time to properly research the recommended requirements, and ideally speak to some other people running similar applications. They will be the best people to guide you as to the recommended resources. It is also worth opening a pre-sales support ticket (Click "Contact Us" at the top of the page) and we may be able to give some insight or recommendation as to how to approach the resource allocation.

Do you have a server in ...... ?

At the current time we have a small limited selection of locations (Listed at the bottom of this page). We are however constantly looking at the opportunity to branch out into different locations and periodically will approach a range of different upstream providers to see if we can secure the sorts of pricing we would need to be able to continue offering the same value service at this new location. If you have any suggestions for new locations please let our team know and we will see if we can provide anything there for you!

How can I get the support I need?

We currently have a range of ways that you can reach our support teams when you need our assistance. The best way that you can get a quick and accurate response is through our support desk. This simple requires you to login to the client area and raise a ticket. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the information we can provide you. The other good way to get through to our support is via e-mail. An e-mail address is included at the bottom of every e-mail you will receive that you can reach us through. Phone support was discontinued however we are reviewing the decision and may be offering this again in the future.

I am looking for something custom and not listed, can you help?

The chances are we are able to work with you to offer you the specific service you are needing from us. This may range from a completely custom VPS, to a dedicated server to website production or more. If you require anything that we do not list on our website then please open a pre-sales support ticket and we will be able to see if we can meet your needs.

Our French Network is where everything started for the company as you know it today. The location is growing at a steady rate. The majority of our French based servers are running on a 500Mbps connection shared between all the VPSs running on the node, giving you a fast and reliable connection speed. All our French servers are currently running on the OVH SAS Network.

Screenshottr:

Screenshottr is a new and secure way to take and share your screen shots. Screenshottr allows for you to select an area of the screen that you want to capture, and then automatically upload to the servers, encrypted and then link shortened. That link is then in your clipboard for easy sharing. Unlike similar services you go directly to the image, not a landing page. We have been proudly hosting the Screenshottr servers for quite some time now and they are definitely worth checking out here.
