Insomnia 55 is now only a matter of days away and we are pleased that we can 100% confirm who will be attending from the Superior-Networks Team. It has been some time since our last insomnia blog post, and we appologize, however we wanted to get everything confirmed for you all before we got ahead of ourselves.
Myself (Ryan W), Dan J and Alex H will all be attending from the Superior-Networks team for BOTH Saturday AND Sunday. We will all be tweeting, blogging and all social things like that throughout the event, and if any of you do want to come and say hello to any of us, please just shoot us a tweet and we will do our best to come and say hello. We are hoping to be out and about around the venue throughout the day looking and playing on what there is to see and play with on the exhibition floor, and hoping to see people ourselves. When we are not around we will either be out eating (Because I at least cannot get enough food ;) ) or hanging out in the press lounge digesting photos and footage from our exploration.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Blueberry is currently out of IPV4 Addresses. An order has been placed for additional IP space and we should have availability within 24 hours.
This will not affect any new orders are our other Canadian server, Cherimoya still has multiple IPV4's available for deployment so new orders will be directed to that server. This will only affect clients who are looking to order or who have ordered additional IPV4's and are situated on Blueberry.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Update: As of 00:10 13/08/2015 we have been allocated additional IPV4 space and these have been made available to blueberry.
As a lot of you out there will be aware, WHMCS have recently pushed the version 6 update to their software. This update comes with a huge amount of style changes that will allow the billing panel to look a lot more up to date and will also be far more responsive on mobile and smaller devices.
Due to the nature of this update there are a lot of factors for us to work on, and we are waiting on the modules that we use to be fully compatible with the V6 update before we risk trying to update and giving you a broken experience.
We are hoping that within the next 3 weeks we will be fully updated to WHMCS 6.0.
We are currently experiencing a small shortage of IP Space at our Canadian locations. We are currently working on securing additional IP Space however this may be another 24 or so hours. As such any order placed before the IP Space available will be able to be instantly deployed to France, however may have small delays for Canada while the IP Space is organized.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update (24/06/2014 14:31GMT): We have now received our new IP stock and they are live on our network. Any pending orders will be processed now and there should be more than enough IP's to last us for a while yet.
We recently had a 20 minute outage on our Tomato Server. The issue has since been resolved and was something that was out of our control. I have since contacted the Data Center who informed me that the switch that the server was on had experienced some issues and the switch had to be replaced. For this reason the entire server was offline and un-reachable. We understand that this has caused some major problems as it also took a lot of our own systems offline, however we received no notifications that this work was going to happen and only found out after reaching out to the Data Center to find out exactly what happened.
To our knowledge everything is repaired now, and the Data Center have informed us that the issue should be fully fixed and that no further maintenance is planned in the immediate future.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and ask for your understanding during this issue.
Just to inform everyone due to poor planning on our part the SSL Certificate currently running on our main domain has expired. The new certificate is ready to be installed and was installed to Apricot earlier this week, however we will be unable to install the new certificate to the main domain until Tomorrow (27th May)
Until then we would ask you to avoid paying via Stripe for your own security and we will aim to have it back up and running before Lunch time tomorrow.
In an effort to make our site easier to read and understand we have been working to update certain pages of the website. One of the biggest pages that we wanted to re-work was the about us page. We wanted to replace a lot of the FAQ questions with newer and more relevant ones that you would actually find useful. We also wanted to ensure that the ones that were relevant were worded as well as they could be to be clearly understood. This has meant that the page has a lot more text, however by adding this text we hope to clear up any confusion that may have been caused otherwise.
We have also updated the other sections that were on the page before though there is nothing major to speak of there other than we wanted to re-word it to be clearer and easy to understand.
We have however added in a list of our current partners. This is something designed to make it clear who we are officially associated with in a direct way, however we are looking at potentially changing the layout of this in the near future to be more graphically appealing.
