Hello Everyone,

First off, my apologies about not having a more active blog, its been a busy few weeks for everyone here with a lot of planning and discussions going on behind the scenes, we will have some news about that in a later blog post, so keep your eyes wide open for that!

This blog post is about a slightly stranger event, and its regarding PayPal and MCProHosting. We have recently found out that MCProHosting will no longer be accepting PayPal, this will no doubt leave quite a number of customers trying to figure out what to do, either use a Credit / Debit card, Buy Pre-Paid Debit cards, or jump ship. Here at Superior Networks we pride ourselves on making sure that you as the end user have the easiest time while using our website, from your first visit through to the orders, through to invoicing and post sales support. As such we have been able to offer both PayPal and Stripe Payments. This means that in addition to just PayPal, we are able to securely process credit and debit cards from the major providers.

With all this in mind, we want to offer any current or recent (6 weeks) MCProHosting Clients with one of the following offers, depending on what would work best for you:

1) 75% off for 2 Months of any VPS hosting plans
2) 40% off for 5 Months of any VPS hosting plans
3) 25% off for 9 Months of any VPS hosting plans
4) 10% off any VPS hosting plans for life.

All you need to do to claim this offer is show our pre-sales support team a paid invoice from MCProHosting dated within the last 6 weeks, with the amount of RAM you wish to order and the amount of Disk space you need along with if you require more than one IP, and we will then review if your invoice is valid, if so an order will be created for you and your services created.

As a special offer for any MCProHosting customers that decide to make use of this deal, we will install Java, create your server and migrate ALL of your existing server files onto our servers completely free taking all the pain of the migration from you!

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact our pre-sales support team who are ready to help where they can!

To allow us to better balance the used RAM and CPU between our French servers, and in preparation for our Orange migration, we are migrating the 4 servers currently on the Tomato server using the range 178.33.14.* . This migration will happen Friday the 13th at some point between 09:00 and 12:00 GMT.

Once started you should experience a short server outage while we move your data across and change the IP's onto the server. We strongly recommend having anything that should be running on server startup in the cron tab to minimize the outage on your end.

Thank you for your understanding.

We are pleased to inform you all that we now have stock available at our Canada Location. Any orders that may have been pending have been pushed through, and we have room on our nodes for new VPSs. We will be re-adding the Canada option of locations back very soon, and look forward to being able to serve you at our new location.

Hello Everyone,

I am pleased to bring you one of our one off "Stock Filler" servers. This is a strange one, as its a very small amount of disk space but with quite a lot of ram. So, this is the plan we have for you.

- French Location
- 10GB Ram
- 25GB Disk
- 2 IPV4

£15.00 per month

All you need to do if you want to buy this, is open a pre-sales support ticket. Sadly we do only have one of these offers, so once its gone, its gone!

Have a great day!

We are currently experiencing issues with PayPal payment processing. As such to protect both your services and our setup, we have removed the ability to pay by PayPal until this issue is resolved. Regardless of the outcome, all subscription payments will need to be re-configured in the future or you to add your credit / debit card and the billing system will take payment, like the PayPal subscription system, on the due date of your invoice.

We understand this will cause issues for some clients, however there is little we can do without risking the stability of our current setup.

Thank you for your understanding.

There is currently a stock shortage for our Canadian location. As we have a very strict policy against over-selling our servers, there is no way that we can deploy any more VPSs to our Canadian location. We are working to secure and configure additional stock, however we are unsure exactly how long this will be.

We still have stock available to instantly deploy at our French location and we have plenty of available stock at that location.

We understand that this may be inconvenient for the time being if you are looking for our Canada location and we should have stock available to order soon.

Additional IP's have been allocated to our servers and more stock is now available to order at our Canadian location. Sorry for any delays this may have caused to your servers deployment.

We are currently experiencing a small stock shortage at our Canada location. More IP's are on order and as soon as they arrive we will be able to continue processing orders. Our French location still has plenty of stock so you can place your orders to there and it will be instantly processed.

One of the projects that we wanted to get underway this year was our reseller VPS hosting packages. We were initially planning to wait until we had a proper chance to test out Virtkick, however feel that due to the development stage they are in, it would be better initially to get reseller hosting launched on SolusVM.

As such we will be now working on our plans and getting hosting offers up live over this weekend for you to be able to review. These plans will be significantly larger in starting (Probably 8-16GB of Ram starting point) however should allow for you to deploy your servers of any size to either France of Canada.

Please watch this space and our twitter (@SNetworks1) for further information!
